To register and use Pagtaya2, you must meet all of the following requirements:

- You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the Platform from within the country.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Pagtaya2 employee.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Pagtaya2 is committed to preventing underage gambling. We actively verify player ages during registration. Any account found to be held by a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. 3. Account Registration
Each player is allowed to hold only one (1) account on Pagtaya2. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings associated with those accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Pagtaya2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

- Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Pagtaya2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and partners only with licensed game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on request.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, Pagtaya2 reserves the right to void the affected round. - Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games, poker, or any other game.
- Match-fixing, influencing, or having prior knowledge of the outcome of any sports or esports event you bet on.
- Money laundering, use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or any other financially illegal activity.
- Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other players or Pagtaya2 staff.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain credits or advantages. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or to claim duplicate bonuses.
Pagtaya2 actively monitors player behavior and transaction patterns. Players found engaging in any of the above activities will face immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
